Upcoming Trainings for Housing NM’s Freddie Mac Product

As previously announced, Housing NM will add the Freddie Mac HFA Advantage Mortgage to our product lineup with reservation dates effective October 1. This product provides an attractive option for qualified homebuyers. 

Housing NM will be offering two training webinars hosted by Mr. Sam Noel, Affordable Lending Manager with Freddie Mac. Mr. Noel will discuss the features and benefits of the mortgage and the best practices for input into LPA.

There are two available training dates, please ensure that all who are involved join at least one of the trainings below:

Training Dates:

• Tuesday, September 26, 2023, 10:00 am-11:00 am MDT
• Thursday, September 28, 2023,10:00 am-11:00 am MDT
