VirPack Transitioning to a Cloud-Based Environment (Notice 1 of 3)
We are pleased to announce that VirPack, MFA’s document management system, will transition from MFA-owned servers to a cloud-based environment hosted directly by VirPack. This transition will offer expanded data storage in a secure, accessible, and cost-effective manner.
This transition will NOT change how lenders use VirPack with respect to the uploading of files and documents; however, the URLs in which VirPack is accessed will change.
Lender action required:
In preparation for this upcoming change, it is imperative that your IT Department ensures the following URLs are allowed by your company’s server:
- Originator portal: https://nmmfa.virpack.com
- Originator portal Admin(s): https://nmmfa-admin.virpack.com
The implementation date is Saturday, August 13, 2022. Lenders whose companies have not whitelisted the above URLs by this date will not have access to VirPack.
