Webinars – Pre-Close Compliance Review and Closed Loan Shipping to Idaho Housing and Finance Agency
MFA will conduct four (4) lender training webinars to introduce the new Master Servicer and present new guidelines and procedures related to the pre-closing Compliance Review services provided by MFA, reviewing the new down payment assistance table-funding funding procedures and the process of shipping the first mortgage Closed Loan file to the Master Servicer. MFA encourages Closers, Originators, Processors and Underwriters to attend one of the trainings.
The Compliance Review training offered in this webinar is similar to the training conducted in Albuquerque and Las Cruces on February 13th and 14th. However, Idaho Housing will provide more detail regarding the process of the first mortgage Closed Loan file purchase, including training on accessing the Lender Connection portal and submitting any outstanding conditions for first mortgage loan purchase. MFA and Idaho Housing staff will be available to answer questions during the webinar.
