MFA will be closed Friday, December 11, 2020 starting at 11 a.m. for our annual staff recognition ceremony.
Holiday Office Closure Schedule
MFA will be closed on the dates listed below. Please note that MFA’s senior management may choose, without notice, to close MFA’s office early on the business day prior to a holiday.

- Friday, January 1, 2021
Lenders will be able to submit lock requests, compliance files and compliance suspense conditions via the applicable portals.
Lock requests received after 11 a.m. on December 11, 2020 will be subject to the rate available at 9 a.m. the following business day. All lock confirmations will be confirmed the following business days after the closure.
Compliance files and conditions submitted on the days MFA offices are closed will not be checked in until the following business days. Review timelines for files and conditions begin on the business day after they have been checked in.
