May Single Family Webinar Training
Single Family Webinar Training:
MFA will not have the regular monthly training webinar in regards to our programs, however, we will be hosting our training on the topic of lender issues that come up during the processing and closing of a manufactured home, specifically the need for a deactivated title. The training will be provided by Scott Flores, owner of Title Land Consulting LLC.
The training is designed for staff whose duties involve originating, processing, closing and shipping MFA loans. These technical trainings provide Participating Lenders with the information needed to efficiently originate, fund and deliver loans under the current programs guidelines.
