Office Closure -  February 20, 2017 (Presidents’ Day)

MFA will be closed on Monday, February 20, 2017 in observance of Presidents’ Day.

Lenders will not be able to reserve funds via the on-line reservation system on February 20, 2017. Lenders will be able to submit Compliance Files and Suspense Conditions electronically on February 20, 2017.

Compliance Files and Suspense Conditions submitted on Monday, February 20, 2017 will be checked in on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 and timelines for review will start on Wednesday, February 22, 2017.
