Office Closure - Friday, August 28, 2015
MFA’s office will be closed on Friday, August 28, 2015 starting at 11:00 A.M MDT
Lenders will be able to reserve funds via the on-line reservation system, submit Compliance Files, Suspense Conditions, Wire Requests and Closed Loan files electronically on August 28, 2015.
Compliance Files or Suspense Conditions submitted on Thursday, August 27, 2015 or Friday, August 28, 2015 will be checked in on Monday, August 31, 2015. File review timelines for Compliance Files or Suspense Conditions submitted on Thursday, August 27, 2015 or Friday, August 28, 2015 will start on Monday, August 31, 2015.
Wire Requests submitted by 9:00AM MDT on Friday, August 28, 2015 will be processed and funded on August 28, 2015. Wire Requests submitted after 9:00A.M on Friday, August 28, 2015 will be processed and funded on August 31, 2015.
