Office Closures - Thursday, October 4, 2018 and Monday, October 8, 2018 (Columbus Day Holiday)

MFA’s office will be closed on Thursday, October 4, 2018 starting at 10:00 am MDT and will be closed on Monday, October 8, 2018 in observance of the Columbus Day holiday.

• Lenders will be able to reserve funds on Thursday, October 4, 2018 via the on-line reservation system, submit Compliance Files and Suspense Conditions electronically.

• Lenders will not be able to reserve funds, submit Compliance Files or Suspense Conditions on Monday, October 8, 2018 via the on-line reservation system due to the Columbus Day holiday.
  • Compliance Files or Suspense Conditions submitted on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 or Friday, October 5, 2018 will be checked in on Tuesday, October 9, 2018.
  • File review timelines for Compliance files or Suspense Conditions submitted on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 or Friday, October 5, 2018 will start on Tuesday, October 9, 2018.

Please reference MFA’s Compliance Manual for specific timelines related to the Compliance file and Suspense Condition Reviews.  The Compliance Manual can be found on MFA’s website.

MFA is experiencing record volume.  Therefore, it is possible that turn times for file review will exceed three days during this time period as there will be two days of Compliance Files checked in for the same day.  The Compliance Suspense condition review may exceed the 1 day or 2-day turn times during this time period as well.
