Mortgage Programs
Housing New Mexico's mortgage programs provide homebuyers with down payment and closing cost assistance as well as competitive interest-rate mortgage loans. A Housing New Mexico participating lender will help you determine which program is best for you. You can find a list of participating lenders here.
A minimum credit score of 620 is required. All homebuyers must receive pre-purchase homebuyer counseling. View Housing New Mexico's income limits and purchase price page to see if your household income meets Housing New Mexico's program requirements.
Below, you’ll find both fillable and non-fillable fact sheets to help you share program information with homebuyers.
The non-fillable fact sheets are intended for simple information sharing, while the fillable versions can be personalized with your contact information and company logo.
Personalizing Housing New Mexico Program Fact Sheets
Add your contact information and company logo to Housing New Mexico's fillable program fact sheets. Click on the links above, download the file, then add your information in the fields at the bottom of the fact sheets.
Helpful Tips:
- If you have several phone numbers, you may need to enter more than one number on each line.
- When browsing your files to upload your photo or company logo, change the file type selection in the lower-right corner of the browsing window to JPG, TIFF, PNG, or All Files rather than Acrobat PDF files.
- If you have Adobe Reader instead of Adobe Acrobat, you may only be able to upload a PDF file. Please contact your Homeownership Representative or Susana Ramirez at sramirez@housingnm.org for assistance.
- Please be aware that iPhones are not able to read fillable fields on PDF documents. Therefore, your information may not appear to an iPhone user viewing an e-mailed fact sheet.
- You can save your personalized fact sheet as a JPG or TIFF file, which can be viewed on an iPhone. However, documents saved in these file formats do not print as clearly as PDF files.
- For best results when printing your personalized fact sheet, print it in color.
Housing New Mexico also provides a fillable Contact Information Page in both English and Spanish that can be added to the end of any fact sheet and includes space for up to four additional contacts.
