Fact Sheets

Housing New Mexico provides both fillable and non-fillable program fact sheets to help participating lenders and REALTORS® share information about available programs with clients. Non-fillable fact sheets are intended for information sharing only and cannot be customized. Fillable fact sheets allow participating lenders and REALTORS® to add company branding and contact information directly to the documents for easy distribution. 

In addition to the program fact sheets, Housing New Mexico also provides a fillable Contact Information Page in both English and Spanish that can be added to the end of any fact sheet and includes space for up to four additional contacts. 

Instructions for Fillable Fact Sheets

Download any of the fillable fact sheets listed below to add your contact information and company logo.

Helpful tips:

• If you have several phone numbers, you may need to place more than one number on each line.
• When browing your files to upload your photo or company logo, change the file type selection in the lower-right corner of the browsing window so it searches for JPG, TIFF, PNG, or other image file types instead of Acrobat PDF files.
• If you have Adobe Reader instead of Adobe Acrobat, you may only be able to upload PDF files. Please contact your Homeownership Representative or Susana Ramirez at sramirez@housingnm.org for assistance.
• Please note that iPhones are NOT able to read fillable fields on PDF documents. As a result, your information may not appear to iPhone users viewing an emailed fact sheet. You can save your personalized fact sheet as a JPG or TIFF file, which can be viewed on an iPhone; however, those file types do not print as clearly as PDF files.
• When you print your personalized fact sheets, please print them in color to ensure logos, branding, elements, and program information display in the highest quality possible.
